From the picture above which illustrates that people of different height standing on the same boxes to watch the football game,we will find something familiar with us in our daily life which always led to a hit discussion on the internet for arguing which is more important than the other,that’s to say,is the equality outweighs the justice or the other way around.

Almost all of us heard the story “Here Comes the Wolf” when we were little kids. What we can learn from the story is that we must be honest. However, there’re lots of phenomena of dishonesty nowadays。

People without a letter rather than stand, honesty is very important in interpersonal a condition, only to have the conditions to do well everything.

To adapt to the life, I think, is a person in a strange environment of all kinds of unfamiliar to the familiar a conversion process.

HonestyThere is an old Chinese saything,Man Can't Live Without Honesty,which suggests the importance of honesty.To be honest means that we should treat people heart and soul.In no case should we cheap others .We should do as we say.On the other hand ,when we make a promose,we should try to keep our word.In case we can't,we should explain why and let them know as soon as possible.Nobody likes dishonesty,so people who are honest can always gain others' repect and friendship.Only in an honest way are we able to make more friends and gain their cooperation.Without honesty,we can't do anything,or even live.

Firstly,fixed working time provides people with arranged path of life and working,they can carry out their tasks and enjoy themselves regularly,people are supposed to work from Monday to Friday and from 9 O'clock AM to 5 or 6 O'clock PM.while in the flexible one,people will do their jobs in accordance with things that are changing in their life,such as the traffic jam,the sudden sickness of someone and so on,the only requirement is that they should complete their tasks in time.A coin has two sides,it would be hard for us to say which one is better since there are many differences between societies and cultures,but flexible working time is the trend of the modern world,as far as I am concerned,a combination of them would be perfect and practical.

If citizens have no sense of social responsibility that the world will become very cold, impersonal, will not be so warm, will become very dark

I think if there is no civic responsibility, everyone in the city become apathetic, will develop into a society, social change in temperature.

We can see from the above cartoon that a man is much talkative when he talks about his plan, but what he does is not in proportion with what he talks. Obviously, his words speak louder than his actions.

    The author of the cartoon invites us to focus on a truth that endless plans paralyze actions. There are simply no great success and achievements in the world that are not achieved through hard work and diligence. Similarly, a dream can be realized when you decide to work for it and persist continuously. Everyone desires to succeed, but not all his dreams can come true until he works hard to implement his plans. People give up their dreams for this or that reason. Those whose dreams become true have at least one thing in common, that is, they always hold fast to their dreams and always keep their feet on the ground. Just around us, for instance, the athletes who gain the gold medals, the artists who are popular with the public, and even the students who enter the university after years of hard study and preparation, are all dream-holders.

Self-discipline can regulate their own behavior. In learning and life can show some endurance, easier to get others' recognition and acceptance. And self-discipline can make of your life in an orderly way, thus self-discipline is a very important character.
