I bought many English books before and have insisted on learning it by myself, but I find I don't have any progress at last. Hi, I am not sure who to contact about this, but I will start with you. As we know, the police in Changzhou do not really do anything to prevent such things nor probably do they have the man power. I just wanted to let you know that I know four people that have had their bicycles stolen here in changzhou. Most recently my husbands. Yes, we are foreigners but we still work hard to buy things in china to support the Chinese, then to have a nice bicycle stolen which is our transportation. It is not good public relations. I know things like this happen in the United States, but we want to know if there are any real investigations going on to find the perpetrators. You have so many cameras in the city and a friend of mine that's bike was stolen in xiebei went to the police they laughed at her, told her that camera that her bike was parked at was not working. I do not understand this. All of the these people have had locks on their bicycleWe do not have, or can afford to buy cars here and have a hard time getting around now. Also, the comment about the smoking ban, NO ONE does anything about it. Try going to the toilets in the train station! Or ANYWHERE where there is a no smoking sign there is always Chinese man smoking!
